Shipping Carrier / Destinations

All orders are shipped via Unites States Postal Service (USPS).  We ship to all 50 U.S. States, U.S. territories, Canada and Mexico.

Processing Time

All Orders are custom made with care! Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing before your order ships.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destinationand chosen shipping method.  We offer free shipping promotions - follow our shop for announcements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  You can track your order at usps.com

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Magic3DPrints is not responsible for delaysor lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.  We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
